Atif Amin is a seasoned finance and hospitality expert with a track record of driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence. As the founder of Succour Consultancy, he brings over two decades of hands-on experience working with some of the industry's most iconic brands.
We believe in transparency, integrity, and a commitment to delivering results for our clients.
Atif’s career began alongside Alan Yau, the inspiration and creator of Wagamama, Hakkasan, and Yauatcha. Sharpening his expertise in financial strategy, operations, and brand growth. He has since held leadership roles as FD, CFO, COO, and MD for top hospitality brands, including Hakkasan, Busaba, Creams, Clos Maggiore, and Big Easy. Specializing in strategic finance, funding, and expansion, Atif has successfully guided businesses across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East. With a passion for hospitality and a results-driven approach, he helps brands scale, optimize, and achieve long-term success.
